Made from 100% Pinot Grigio, the grapes were hand harvested and carefully selected. Clean, crisp and fresh but still with plenty of character, this wine is lively and aromatic, with the classic freshly baked bread crust perfumes and ripe, juicy pear character. A classic aperitif or complement to pan-Asian cuisine, salads and light pasta and fish dishes.
