Winemaker Notes
This wine is named with a nod to the Butterfly Garden created on the estate by the Itancia Endowment Fund. The Pacha (the Foxy Emperor in English) is a rare butterfly found in Provence, including on the Escarelle estate. This signature butterfly appears on the label of this wine.
Delicate notes of citrus and pear on the nose followed by elegant notes of strawberry and stone fruit on the palate. Ideal as an aperitif and perfect with Asian dishes and cuisine of the Mediterranean.
Blend: 40% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 20% Cinsault

Pale apricot color with aromas of chopped apples, strawberries, lemon pith, stones and apple blossom. Light to medium body with crisp acidity and an elegant, mineral and subtly peppery palate. Fresh and dry.
