The wine has a super pale pink color, one of the brightest I have ever seen in Champagne. The bouquet is very clear, pure, fresh and highly delicate, even with citrus flavors. Light yet intense and persistent on the palate, this is a fascinating rosé that could be enjoyed as a lovely, delicate Extra-Brut with clear focus and straight character.
