Ramey Wine Cellars is a Californian wine producer, located in Sonoma's Russian River Valley. Founded in 1996 by David Ramey, it produces a collection of wines sourced from multiple Californian AVAs (American Viticultural Area) with Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah the primary grape varieties.

Fort Ross-Seaview is one of the westernmost AVAs in California. It is located on the hills west of the Russian River Valley, within the sizeable Sonoma Coast appellation. The maritime climate here is well suited to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which dominate the vineyards.
