I am impressed by the selection offered by Mandara wines, this super T is one of the better offerings.
I tasted immediately after opening the wine was bright with a cherry and Italian medium Cabernet tongue. I had a pizza dinner with it and it was a good choice, I drank the next two days and the fruit really opened up. Great job as usual Avignonesi 🍷🍷

This Pet Nat is fun! Chill it, pop it open, smell the beautiful bouquet, look at the striking color, and pour into a Pinot or Cab glass, give it room to bubble and taste . Forget any preconceived notions, let the flavors coat your tastebuds and the fizz tickle your nose. Oh! And have another chilled bottle on standby.
