Refund policy

Terms

All invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise noted.
Past due invoices (within 7 Days of Invoicing) - may be automatically cancelled.

Cancelling Orders

All cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once the order has shipped we cannot accommodate cancellations.

Pre-Arrival or Special-Order Wines

We do not allow cancellations on the order of any pre-arrival or special-order wines.
All shipping / delivery estimates provided on the website or emails are only estimates. Cancellations and refunds will not be made in the case of delayed shipments. 

Faulted Wine

Mandara Wine takes care to ensure that all the wine we sell has been carefully delivered & stored to preserve optimal condition. That said, all of our wine is sold as-is. If you have an issue with an “off” bottle please make us aware by emailing to Info@mandarawine.com

Tracking

You are solely responsible for tracking your shipment. Any packages that are refused or unable to be delivered to you will be returned to Mandara Wine at your expense.

Shipping 

FedEx is our exclusive shipping partner for all of the continental states in the US. We offer a US Flat Rate Ground Shipping (1 -10 Business Days) per 12 bottles (subject to change).

Currently, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Utah.

Custom Shipping Requests

If you have any special requests regarding the timeline or temperature control of your shipment (or special packaging needs please make us aware at the time of your order or email Info@mandarwine.com with your request.

DISCLAIMER 

Any order that is unable to ship or is seized or destroyed due to violation or potential violation of shipping laws (and/or common carrier policy) is not refundable. All customers are solely responsible for determining the way alcoholic beverages may or may not be lawfully brought into their jurisdiction.  Additional questions or concerns? Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically fulfilled in 2-4 business days. We will hold all Thursday /Friday’s  (depending on destination) order as not to have the wine kept in the FedEx warehouse over the weekend. Orders will be then shipped out on the next Monday or following business day in the event of a holiday.  

Weather-Related Shipping Concerns

Both extreme hot and cold temperatures can potentially damage the quality of your wine. During these extreme months will use Styrofoam insulated shipper to help protect the shipment but We offer no guarantee.

In this event Mandara Wine will hold and store your packages in our warehouse at no additional charge until we can safely ship. Of course, you may choose to ship at any time, but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur due to extreme weather.
