Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2021 Rattlesnake Cabernet Sauvignon erupts from the glass with powerful notes of creme de cassis, blackberry preserves, and plum pudding giving way to wafts of lavender oil, crushed rocks, Chinese five spice, and tar. The full-bodied palate is jam packed with black fruit preserves and exotic spice flavors, framed by velvety tannins and plenty of freshness, finishing long and opulent.
