100% Cabernet Franc. Destemmed and left on the skins for 24 hours. Gently pressed and fermented cold and slow throughout harvest. 

Pale raspberry color. Aromas of fresh summer berries; strawberry, raspberry and watermelon rind. Delicate effervescence, fresh and lively on the palate with high crisp acidity, and a dry yet fruity persistent finish.
