This blend of two old vine parcels beautifully captures the bright and fresh profile of Gamay from Chiroubles. A glou glou wine with lovely balance and concentration. This is exactly the type of wine that made us go crazy for Beaujolais in the first place.

50% in stainless steel and 50% in neutral barrels and demi-muids (600L) for 6 months, no fining or filtration, 10 mg/l SO2 added at blend just before bottling.
