"Ô JOIE" is an exclamation of joy and is a perfect name for this fun and festive Beaujolais. The vineyards are farmed using organic practices. The wine is fined using vegan materials. Vinification: semi-carbonic maceration 10 days. The wine ages in concrete after fermentation.

Winemaker Notes: In the can, the wine is protected from external agressions thanks to a special cover that separate it from aluminum. The wine barely evolves, so we like to put a wine ready to drink in the can!
