Les Levrons are located in the north of the Puligny-Montrachet appellation, in the immediate vicinity of the commune, at the foot of the hillside. There are lavas in this locality. Our plot of chardonnay planted in 1988, of 0.35 hectares, has a south-east orientation and is planted in fairly deep brown calcareous soils with a high clay content at the bottom of the plot. The top of the plot is particularly stony and draining.

Taste Profile: The nose is lemony (and more lively than that of the Puligny-Montrachet - Les Paupillots), with iodized notes intertwined with thyme, verbena, and a hint of white grapes. On the palate, the wine shines with its minerality (particularly notable for a village appellation) and a sumptuous iodized finish. This Puligny is less rich but longer than the one from the Les Paupillots climate. The grapes come from higher up, and the wine is already more rocky.
