This is the product of two individuals from separate outstanding winemaking traditions: Erick de Sousa of Champagne de Sousa and Olivier Leflaive of Burgundy. It is an Extra Brut, Blanc de Blancs champagne, composed exclusively of Chardonnay grown in the Côte des Blancs.
