Engagingly rich aromas of baked plum and stewed raspberries are amplified by baking spice and shaved wood notes on the nose of this bottling. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied while the texture shows ample grip, wrapping around flavors of roasted strawberry and minty licorice. (Matt Kettmann)
